Brand History
The CFMoto Story
CFMoto was founded in 1989 in Hangzhou, China, by Lai Guogui, initially producing engines and components before expanding into complete ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles. The company became one of China's leading powersports exporters and formed a deep partnership with Austria's KTM, including a joint venture that manufactures KTM models in China. Its own motorcycle range grew rapidly with models like the 450SR sports bike and 800MT adventure tourer.
