Brand History

The Ginetta Story

Ginetta was founded in 1958 by the four Walklett brothers in Suffolk, England, building light glassfibre sports cars such as the G4 and G15 that excelled in club racing. After decades as a family firm and several ownership changes, the company was bought in 2005 by businessman and racer Lawrence Tomlinson, who refocused it on customer racing cars and one-make series.
