Brand History
The Kymco Story
Kymco (Kwang Yang Motor Co.) was founded in Taiwan in 1963 and initially manufactured components and complete vehicles for Honda before developing its own brand. It grew into one of the world's major scooter producers, also building motorcycles, ATVs and mobility scooters, and supplies engines to other manufacturers.
Current Lineup
Kymco is Taiwan's leading powered two-wheeler brand, selling scooters, motorcycles and ATVs worldwide and developing the Ionex electric scooter ecosystem.
