Brand History
The Nissan Nismo Story
Nismo, short for Nissan Motorsport International, was established in 1984 as Nissan's in-house motorsport division, consolidating the company's racing activities. It has campaigned Nissan machinery in sports car racing, Super GT and other series, and over time evolved into a performance sub-brand offering tuned versions of road cars such as the GT-R Nismo and 370Z Nismo.
