Brand History
The Caparo Story
Caparo Vehicle Technologies was formed in 2006 within the British Caparo industrial group, and its T1 track car was engineered by Ben Scott-Geddes and Graham Halstead, veterans of the McLaren F1 programme. The T1 was an extreme, near-Formula One-level two-seater with a very high power-to-weight ratio, but only a small number were built. The business faded after the wider Caparo group entered administration in 2015.
Current Lineup
Caparo's automotive operation is defunct, with the T1 remaining a rare curiosity among extreme track cars.
