Devel Sixteen is a Dubai-based hypercar project first shown at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show, built around extreme headline claims including a quad-turbocharged V16 engine said to produce over 5,000 horsepower. Prototypes and engine demonstrations have appeared over the years, but the car has not reached series production.
