Brand History
The DS Story
DS Automobiles was established in 2014 when PSA spun the DS line, sold as premium Citroëns since 2009, into a standalone French luxury brand. Its name and ambitions invoke the legendary 1955 Citroën DS, and the brand emphasizes avant-garde French design and craftsmanship. DS also carries the group's flag in Formula E, where it has won multiple championships.
