Brand History
The JAC Story
JAC (Anhui Jianghuai Automobile) was established in 1964 in Hefei and initially built trucks and chassis for the Chinese market. It grew into a diversified state-backed automaker producing light trucks, SUVs, MPVs and electric cars, and gained international attention through partnerships, including contract-manufacturing NIO's early electric vehicles and forming a joint venture with Volkswagen in Anhui.
