Brand History
The Qoros Story
Qoros was established in 2007 as a joint venture between China's Chery Automobile and the Israel Corporation, with the ambition of building Chinese cars to European quality standards. Its first model, the Qoros 3 sedan, debuted in 2013 and earned a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating, a landmark result for a Chinese-developed car at the time. Despite critical praise, sales remained far below targets, and control of the company later passed to China's Baoneng Group.

Current Lineup
Qoros became effectively dormant in the early 2020s after Baoneng's financial troubles halted production and development.
