Brand History
The Venucia Story
Venucia was launched in 2010 as a brand of the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture, created to sell affordable cars built on proven Nissan platforms for the Chinese market. Early models such as the R50 and D50 derived from the Nissan Tiida and March, and the brand later shifted toward SUVs and, increasingly, electrified vehicles as Chinese domestic brands gained strength.
