The Lincoln Continental SS-100-X is among the most examined vehicles in history. Delivered in 1961 as an open parade car, it was rebuilt with a permanent roof and armour after Dallas and, remarkably, returned to presidential service until 1977. It is now displayed at The Henry Ford museum in Michigan.
