Origins
When Noble's M400 rights crossed the Atlantic, Florida's 1G Racing rebranded the venture Rossion and launched the Q1 in 2008: the British supercar's steel-and-composite recipe refined — smoother carbon bodywork, improved cabin — around a twin-turbocharged Ford V6 tuned to around 450 horsepower in a car under 1,200 kilograms. The philosophy remained defiantly analogue: no ABS, no stability control, steering and balance as the safety systems. Built in kit-completion form to satisfy American regulation, it sold in small numbers to drivers who wanted the rawest thing that could wear a plate. The Q1's significance is genealogical — it kept the Noble bloodline breeding in America, proof that a great chassis can outlive its nationality, its badge and its business plan.
