Brand History
The Avatr Story
Avatr Technology is a Chinese premium electric vehicle maker founded in 2021 and based in Chongqing, created by Changan Automobile with battery giant CATL as a major investor and Huawei supplying intelligent-vehicle technology. Its first model, the Avatr 11 SUV, was followed by the 12 sedan, positioning the brand at the technology-focused premium end of China's EV market.
