Brand History
The Fiat Story
Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino was founded in 1899 and became Italy's industrial giant, motorising the country with cars like the Topolino, the Nuova 500 of 1957 and the Panda. Fiat absorbed Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Ferrari over the decades, rescued Chrysler in 2009, and merged with PSA in 2021 to form Stellantis.
