Brand History
The Panoz Story
Panoz was founded in 1989 in Georgia by Dan Panoz, son of pharmaceutical entrepreneur and racing promoter Don Panoz. The company built distinctive front-engined sports cars including the aluminum-bodied Roadster and the Esperante GT, and the family's racing operations campaigned front-engined prototypes in the American Le Mans Series, which Don Panoz founded.
