Brand History
The Soueast Story
Soueast (South East Motor) was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between China's Fujian Motor Industry Group and Taiwan's China Motor Corporation, with Mitsubishi Motors later taking a stake. Based in Fuzhou, the company initially built minibuses and licensed Mitsubishi-based sedans before developing its own passenger car range.
