Origins
By 1993 the Fox chassis was fifteen years old, and Ford's answer was neither a clean sheet nor a simple facelift. The SN95 kept the underlying architecture, stiffened it heavily and wrapped it in Bud Magaldi's bodywork, which brought back the side scoops, the galloping-horse grille and the three-bar tail lamps the previous car had abandoned. Emeline King handled the interior, with its twin-cowl dashboard; she was among the first Black women to lead production interior design at Ford.
