Brand History
The KG Mobility Story
KG Mobility is the current identity of SsangYong Motor, South Korea's long-standing SUV specialist, which was acquired out of court receivership by the KG Group in 2022 and renamed in 2023. The change marked a fresh start after years of ownership turmoil under SAIC and Mahindra, with the Torres SUV spearheading the brand's revival.
